MECHANICAL COMPLETION & COMMISSIONING
A Mechanical Completion is a final phase of construction activities to verify the completeness of the plant that each installed component conforms to or is fabricated, installed and tested in accordance with the project specifications and procedures. The Pre-commissioning involves the verification of functional operability of elements within the system to achieve a state of readiness for the Commissioning and Start-up operation.
